DAY 1
Morning Session: setting the stage for success

9:00 AM: Welcome Coffee & Networking Start your day with a warm welcome and connect with fellow educators.

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Meet & Greet: the art of teaching. We will start with an interactive "Meet and Greet" session. Explore the joys and challenges of teaching, synthesising our shared experiences and challenges into a collaborative mind map.

10:30 AM - 11:15 AM: Neuroscience & Learning: understanding your students Dive into the fascinating world of neuroscience and educational psychology. We'll explore different learning styles and profiles, understanding how children truly learn.

11:15 AM - 11:30 AM: Refreshment Break. A short break to recharge before our next immersive session.

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: The classroom is a stage, so play your part! The teacher as an artist. Unleash your inner performer! Emma will demonstrate how theatrical elements can transform your lessons. Get ready to embrace your creative side – think feathers, colour, and expressive movement.

Afternoon Session: activating learning & leaving a mark

2:00 PM - 2:45 PM: Your turn to shine! Present your creative mini-lessons! This is your opportunity to put theory into practice.

2:45 PM - 3:00 PM: Short Break

3:00 PM - 3:45 PM: Beyond fun: reinforcing learning & creating lasting impressions Discover how to make learning memorable and ensure concepts remain. We'll explore strategies for reactivating learning and encouraging written reinforcement, moving beyond just a "fun moment."

3:45 PM - 4:15 PM: How does it feel? A Japanese Immersion After a day of engaging activities, let's put ourselves in our students' shoes! We'll experience a brief, fun immersion in learning something completely new, like Japanese, to highlight the process of acquiring new knowledge when we are tired.

4:15 PM - 5:00 PM: Charades, Reflection & Future Goals Engage in a lively session of charades, followed by a plenary discussion. We'll reflect on "What have you learned today?" and "What will you put into action tomorrow?" setting the stage for continued growth and incentive for your next steps.
DAY 2
"Comunisens in Action": practical tools for teaching
Throughout the day, we'll demonstrate and encourage the use of practical, engaging tools to enhance your teaching:

Role-Play: writing and performing your own mini role-plays.

Pop-Up activities: create kinesthetic and visual aids for learning.

Doodle: utilise visual learning and encourage creative expression.
